DaPanJi (Big Plate Chicken)

A hearty chicken stew, first served to truckers at roadside diners on the Silk Road in XinJiang. A dish that became so popular it can now be found in restaurants throughout China. Chunky chicken and potato pieces stewed in a sauce with aromatic herbs & spices with bell peppers. All served with our handmade belt noodles. Perfect to mop up the last of that delicious sauce.
